AMI yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 November 2022 ini bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen dan mengurangi risiko ketidaksesuaian penyelenggaraan bisnis.<\/p>\n\n\n\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Direktur SDM bersama dengan jajaran pimpinan di lingkungan Dit. SDM, diantaranya Kasubdit PSDMO, Kasubdit Kepegawaian, Kasubdit Evkom, Kasie PSDM, Kasie Tendik, Kasie Tenaga Pendidik, Kasie Kompensasi, Kasie Evaluasi memaparkan seluruh praktik yang telah terlaksana di Dit. SDM kepada Auditor.<br>Audit berjalan dengan lancar, serta mendapatkan dua apresiasi kategori praktik baik, yaitu terkait kesesuaian penyelenggaraan pelatihan dengan kebutuhan terkini, pengembangan sistem aplikasi berbasis IT dalam mengelola layanan SDM.<br>Dengan adanya AMI secara rutin, harapanya Direktorat SDM dapat meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen, mengurangi risiko ketidaksesuaian penyelenggaraan bisnis, sehingga integritas institusi pun kian meningkat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Direktorat SDM jalani Audit Mutu Internal (AMI).
